Life Insurance

There are many different types of life insurance, and The Porter Group can help you with them all! From final expense, term and whole life to universal life and indexed universal life (IUL), we’ve got you covered.
Are you familiar with the difference between Term and Whole Life Insurance Policies?
Term Life Insurance provides pure death benefit protection for a specific period of time, typically 10, 15, 20 or 30 years. The specific period of time is the “term” of the policy. Once the term ends the life insurance policy will renew on an annual basis, usually at a higher rate.

Whole Life Insurance is a permanent life insurance policy that provides death benefit protection for your entire life. Generally, whole life insurance offers guaranteed fixed premiums, guaranteed cash value accumulation, and guaranteed protection until the day you die. Since whole life insurance will be with you until that inevitable day, it typically has higher premiums than other common types of life insurance.

The Porter Group can help you identify your long-term needs, and find the solution that not only meets those needs, but works within your available resources.
